this floor has warped into an alternate timezone

after sleeping for hours nonstop, i woke up feeling very disoriented. when i walked around our floor, it feels very empty. the windows are shut. some have the curtains slightly drawn, revealing dark interiors. all the doors are shut. maybe a room or two, i can hear a movie playing from within. but the floor seems unnaturally quieter. what if i woke up to a different timezone? a warp in space? the rooms that i can hear movies playing from within, what if i knock on the door, to ask what happened. what if there is actually nobody in there, but just the movie left on to play repetitively, no occupants inside. where is everybody on this floor? night seems to stretch on and on. is the world still going round? technology seems to go on, or does it just seem so, but it actually is repeating the same frequencies over and over. i went back to my room, trying to ym somebody sane.. some people seem to be online, but nobody did reply, not even the people who usually do. what if time and technology has really come to a standstill? is it just this floor or are the other floors warped too?


uhh. just letting my imagination go wild. thanks to inspiration, cuz the earlier parts are true. actually, this is very much like the movie about a hospital floor, i forgot the title. the ending sucks. REALLY sucks.
